Valencian paella from Spain is perhaps the most widely known of the rich and varied cuisine of the region of Valencia. It is normal to see it on menus in restaurants all over the world, but strangely enough the true recipe for paella has been lost in a lot of these places and is rarely followed! They are often made from commercially frozen rice and stock, which although resembling paella to the untrained eye, they are a long way from the real Valencian paella recipe! This is the difference with our product; it contains oil, meat, vegetables and seasonings to create an authentic Valencian paella.
